Refund Policy

Janice’s Best Kept Secret offers refunds on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Because many items are vintage, antique, novelty, or one-of-a-kind, all sales on clearly marked final sale items are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with the order. Janice’s Best Kept Secret reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet these conditions.
